Dream Life Retreats

Dream Droppers Weight Loss Protocol“Where recreation meets re-creation!”

In the early 60′s Bob and Marion Foster had purchased Lost Valley Ranch in Colorado. One of their early guests was Walt Disney. One morning as they watched the morning rides going out, Mr. Foster asked Mr. Disney what he would do withLostValleyif it was his.  Mr. Disney said, “You’ve done enough already.  What people think they want is recreation, but what they need is re-creation. You’ve got both here at the ranch.”

Lost Valley ranch, even today, is a place where guests are able to recreate, while they re-create.  I had the privilege of vacationing at Lost Valley, and working at the ranch for years, and my experiences there have done more to shape my dream life, than any other thing.

At Lost Valley, I learned the healing powers of hospitality.  I saw first-hand the value of taking people out of their stressful environments and putting them in God’s perfect creation for a time of rest, refocus, and recovery.

Today I am a chiropractic physician, personal trainer, and health coach, with an emphasis on stress and weight management.  I work with clients in my office and all over the world. Using Skype and other technology, I can coach and mentor people from anywhere.

With that said, however, there is something magical that takes place when we take clients to peaceful, resort, beach, or retreat center for a week of recreation and recreation. That’s why several times a year we host Dream Life Camps and Retreats.

Dream Life Camps and Retreats are typically 7-day adventures in locations such as beach resorts, wilderness lodges, or wooded retreats.  The objective is to go away, begin the Dream Droppers weight loss protocol, be guided through a process of recreating, and perhaps redefining, your life purpose and plan.  It’s an opportunity to create a tangible game plan for the next half of your life.  There is plenty of time to go on walks or hikes, exercise, have  a campfire, watch the sun set, and dozens of other activities.  All the while your body is burning fat, and you are getting a new life plan.

Our plans are to begin hosting Dream Life weeks in the Fall of 2012, then have 4-6 a year thereafter, at various locations.
